Our Team

Volunteers in Service. Contributors by Example.

Every person who works for the Foundation serves as a volunteer and a financial contributor. No Foundation worker receives a salary from student donations.

Every team member commits to these principles of service and stewardship.

Volunteer Service

I will serve without salary, management fee, or personal benefit from student-designated donations.

Financial Contribution

I will contribute personally to the Foundation’s operating costs and/or approved student-support programs.

Governance

Accountability & Transparency

The 100% Student Promise depends on disciplined separation and documentation.

Maintain written scholarship eligibility, selection, renewal, and appeal criteria.
Maintain separate accounting records for student-designated gifts and volunteer-funded operations.
Pay verified expenses directly to the school, hostel, bookseller, or approved vendor.
Provide donors with confirmation of the student or approved need supported.
Protect student privacy and secure consent before publishing names or stories.
Publish verified impact measures and an annual reconciliation supporting the 100% Student Promise.
