Gone’s Story
I am Gone Faustina Aku, a Pharmacy Technology student of Martin Luther Health Training College, Kintampo. I write not just as a student who needs a scholarship, but as a student who demands it through work and purpose. I am from a poor financial background. My fees are a burden my family carries with difficulty. Yet I have refused to let that burden define my performance. In college, I am punctual, serious with my studies, and committed to practical skills. My lecturers can attest. I chose this college because I understand what it means to be poor and sick. In my community, many people avoid the hospital because of cost. I want to become the health professional who treats with both skill and compassion. A scholarship for me is not a charity. It is an investment with a guaranteed return. Your investment will not stop at my graduation. It will reach every patient I touch where I will serve. Without support, I risk deferring my course or learning without the needed materials. With support, I will complete my training with excellence and serve Ghana's health system. I am a student who demands scholarship because I am ready to serve.
